By accessing or using SlipZap (slipzap.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

SlipZap provides a free, browser-based salary slip generator, HR calculators, and document generators for Indian users. The service is free to use and supported by advertising. No subscription or payment is required for any feature.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SlipZap only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Use the service to create fraudulent documents intended to deceive financial institutions, employers, or government authorities
Misrepresent salary figures on documents intended for official use such as loan applications, visa applications, or legal proceedings
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service
Use automated tools to generate documents in bulk without prior written permission

        Important: Documents generated by SlipZap are for informational and practice purposes. Submitting a SlipZap-generated payslip to a bank, visa authority, or employer as proof of income from an employer who did not actually issue it may constitute fraud under Indian law. SlipZap is not liable for misuse.
      

3. Accuracy of Calculations

SlipZap uses publicly available statutory rates for PF (12%), ESI (0.75%/3.25%), Professional Tax (state-wise slabs), and income tax slabs. These are provided for general guidance only. Statutory rates change periodically. We do not guarantee that all calculations reflect the latest rates at all times. Always verify critical figures with your CA, HR department, or the relevant government authority before using them for compliance, legal, or financial purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

The SlipZap name, logo, code, design, and content are owned by SQKlabs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Generated payslips and documents are yours to use freely.

5. Advertising

SlipZap is free to use and funded by advertising served through Google AdSense. Ads are clearly labelled. We have no control over which ads are shown; targeting is managed by Google in accordance with their advertising policies. No personal or salary data you enter into SlipZap tools is shared with advertisers.

6. Limitation of Liability

SlipZap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SQKlabs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to errors in calculations, documents generated for fraudulent purposes, or service downtime.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the site.
